Back in 1996-1997 there happened something that made us famous in industry.

We were approached by a Russian businessman, an owner of two timeshare weeks who also was offered to invest into timeshare by signing a 48 timeshare week purchase agreement with a letter of the guaranteed  of annual rental profit & resale in 5 years profit. To our knowledge and expertise we knew that the marketing company would never fulfill these guarantees

We realized that this man in a year time will face 48 weeks maintenance invoice and losing nearly 500.000 $ of his money since he would not be able to use these weeks or rent them himself or even resale these timeshares.

With the help of Hutchinson Trustee Company we achieved to cancel the deal though it was already processed and 12 certificates out of 48 were even already issued.

With IMCO Trust as well as with Hutchinson Trustee back in 1996-1998 we have traced the money transfers of a few marketing companies which disappeared leaving uncompleted business.

The companies were not crocks, they sold existing product, completed the deals till they had some “Russian problems”(bandits, corruption) and were pushed to ran away.

We have traced their last completions transfers to trustees, found and contacted the clients whose money it could be, put the lists of victim clients together.

We worked hard with the Trustees and Developers  to allocate this money to the clients contracts and complete the business by providing the clients with the certificates and RCI memberships.

Though there is no timeshare Legislation in Russia, we choose to maintain the accounts with the trustees to provide our clients peace of mind during the completing the deal, timeshare purchase and resale.

We are the only company in Russia and CIA to provide the buyers with the 14 day cooling off period. We have only 5% cancellation on our contracts, because our clients take as much time for making decision as they need. At the same time we sell mostly over the phone.

We also deal with the leading Trust companies FNTC and Hutchinson when we assist our Russian speaking clients to transfer the membership to the members of the family or friend, if they inherit timeshare or in resale.
