We are often approached by the Management companies of the resorts where they have a significant amount of Russian members to act on their behalf.

If in earlier 1990th it was because there were problems for the members to pay abroad now it is more about some legal or administrative changes which are going in the Club.

The situations when the resort management would approach us can be:

• a maintenance or bad debts collection, or
• the repossessions that the resort wants to avoid, or
• important issue at the annual general meeting that the members should pay attention to and vote, or
• resort changes it's legal status and needs to explain it to members, or
• been bought by another group,
• or even takes a decision to wind up 

All these important issues often require somebody to explain everything to the members in their own language.

 

We would translate or adopted the translation of the materials for sending out to the members.

We mail them within the country with the registered mail to make sure they get it.

We phone the members with the impotent information.

We reply all the calls of these members and give the detailed explanation.

 

But we also contact the Management companies on behalf of the members

• when they did not receive the invoice,
• when they ask to reinstate their repossessed for nonpayment of maintenance membership,
• when they have some misunderstanding or a dispute with the resort.

 

We use our knowledge and expertise to solve the problem in a way of making the client happy and getting the resort to agree to acceptable for the both parties solution.
